About Lake Keowee Properties

Welcome to our dream home on Lake Keowee! We built this home in 2017 and are constantly upgrading and enhancing it. No expenses spared, this home is gorgeous! The home is set in a small secluded and private gated community on the southern part of Lake Keowee. The property offers 180° views of the lake from every room in the house. The cove behind the house is practically a nature preserve. To the left of the home is a beautiful sandy cove bordered by two uninhabited islands that stretch out for ½ mile connected by two sandbars. If you're lucky, you may catch a glimpse of the beavers and otters who live on the islands. The right side of the large cove is protected state park property. Directly behind the home and extending for 300+ feet is your private waterfront access.

The home is unique in that it may be the only home on Keowee that offers the use of two full size docks, so there's plenty of space to spread out and dock your toys.

The back of the house is just 50 feet from the water and offers an easy grade down to the flat back yard which has 3000 sqft of landscaped recreation areas. To complement your busy day on the lake enjoy a campfire and smores at the large fire-pit area 20 feet from the water! Immediately behind our home is an oversized boat dock. Then to the south is our second boat dock and open boat slip.

In 2022 we added three new features. First, we are the first home on lake Keowee to offer a 3 person infrared sauna room! We love it and we're sure you will too. Second, in addition to providing 2 kayaks, we also provide 2 new paddle boards. Third, we just purchased new table tennis equipment. For 2023 our main project was to upgrade the hardwood floor color. I plan to update the photo library here in March, but did add 3 new photos that highlight the kitchen and living room area. We love the new lighter, brighter color! We also upgraded to an 85" TV from 70" in the lower level and added a set of dumbells totaling ~160lbs (ranging from 3-33 lbs)and a bench to help with your workouts. Finally we added a 240v- 50 amp EV Charging outlet that will charge your car in 7 hours!

While the neighborhood provides a private and quiet setting, the home is convenient to all the great restaurants and activities in Seneca, West Union, and Walhalla. And just 25 minutes down the road you can be at a Clemson Tigers football game or one of the local wonderful restaurants!

BTW – It’s an environmentally friendly green house! Solar power provides nearly 100% of the needed electricity! And we just added a new EV charger
